The SDE-SFP27 functions as a standard, reliable ON/OFF switch. Pressing down on the pedal activates the handpiece at the exact RPM speed pre-set on your control box, and releasing the pedal stops the motor immediately. It does not control variable speed fluctuations based on foot pressure, giving you maximum, consistent speed control.
